Comparative

I see NH-5 with PCB vesrion 2, NH-204 with no PCB info, NH-126 with PCB version 3, NH-173 with no info about PCB. Should I understand that NH-126 is the newest and best? The only differences I see (further than consumption) is having an screen or leds. Or in the case of NH-173 having a threshold. But they all look the same in features. Could someone explain differences please?
